Bubbl is a personal assistant that helps you keep track of what needs your attention. It connects to the tools you already use — Zoom, Gmail, Outlook, and Slack — and turns activity there into a prioritized task list, delivered to you by text and on your dashboard.
THE ZOOM INTEGRATION
The Zoom integration captures action items from your recorded meetings automatically, so nothing agreed in a call gets lost. After a Zoom cloud meeting finishes recording, Bubbl reads the transcript, identifies the concrete follow-ups and to-dos, and adds them to your task list and Slack.
SETTING IT UP
1. Sign in to your Bubbl dashboard and open the Integration page.
2. Choose "Connect Zoom." You'll be redirected to Zoom's consent screen.
3. Approve read-only access to your cloud recordings (the recording:read scope). Bubbl requests nothing else.
4. You'll be returned to Bubbl and Zoom will show as connected.
For transcripts to be available, your Zoom account must have cloud recording and audio transcription enabled. Bubbl can only read meetings that were cloud-recorded with a transcript.
HOW IT WORKS
1. You finish and cloud-record a Zoom meeting.
2. Zoom notifies Bubbl that the recording is complete.
3. Bubbl fetches that meeting's transcript, extracts the action items, and then discards the transcript.
4. The action items appear on your Bubbl task list and are sent to you in Slack.
WHAT DATA BUBBL USES
Bubbl requests read-only access to your Zoom cloud recordings so it can read the transcript. Bubbl does not store your recordings, audio, video, or the full transcript. It retains only: your encrypted Zoom connection tokens, a mapping from your Zoom user identifier to your Bubbl account, and the short action items extracted from a meeting.

DISCONNECTING
Remove Bubbl's access to Zoom at any time:
– In Bubbl: open the Integration page and disconnect Zoom.
– In Zoom: Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps → Bubbl → Uninstall.
Either action revokes and deletes Bubbl's stored Zoom tokens.
