privacy policy

This is an agreement between you ("user" or "you") and Bubbl ("Bubbl" or "we") that outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and store your information. By sending a text to Bubbl, thus completing the registration process, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, NOR DO WE GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.

1. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you register for Bubbl's services, we may collect information which may include:

– Personal identifiable information, including your first and last name, phone number, email address, and location data

When you use our services to send and receive messages in either direct messages or group conversations, we may process information which may include:

– Personal identifiable information you choose to share when interacting with Bubbl

– Interaction data, including:

– The group chats and platforms you add Bubbl to

– The messages you exchange directly with Bubbl

– Basic usage data such as timestamps and feature usage

Bubbl does not store message content or maintain a persistent record of your conversations. Message data is processed in real time only to provide features such as reminders, summaries, and follow-ups. Bubbl does not track or monitor conversations outside of user-initiated interactions.

2. USAGE OF INFORMATION

Bubbl uses the information we collect, which is detailed in Section 1, to develop products and services for future iterations and improve upon current features. This includes but is not limited to:

– Developing, improving, maintaining, and delivering our products and service

– Communicating with you through means which you provide us

– Monitoring and analyzing usage

– Enhancing the safety and security of our service

– Verifying your identity and preventing fraud or other unauthorized activity

– Enforcing, investigating, and reporting conduct that violates our Terms of Service

3. STORAGE OF INFORMATION

Bubbl stores limited information necessary to operate the service, including:

– Account details (e.g., name, phone number, email)

– Usage metadata (e.g., timestamps, interaction counts)

Bubbl does not store message content from your conversations:

– Message data is processed temporarily and discarded after generating outputs

– No persistent message database is maintained

You may request deletion of your information at any time, in which Bubbl will remove:

– Your account details

– Associated stored data

4. GOOGLE ACCOUNT DATA

When you connect your Google account to Bubbl, we request read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar. We use this access to read your emails and calendar events so Bubbl can identify what needs your attention, surface deadlines and commitments, set reminders, and respond to your questions about your schedule and conversations.

We store your timezone, which may be derived from your Google Calendar settings, as part of your account profile so that reminders and digests are delivered at the right time. We do not store raw email or calendar content. We do not use your Google data to serve advertisements. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the service, such as passing content to our AI inference provider to generate responses on your behalf. We do not use your Google data to train machine learning models. We access only what is needed to deliver the features you have enabled.

Bubbl's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To disconnect your Google account, message Bubbl directly to remove the connection, or revoke access through your Google Account permissions page.

5. ZOOM ACCOUNT DATA

When you connect your Zoom account to Bubbl, we request read-only access to your Zoom cloud recordings (the recording:read scope). We use this access solely to retrieve the transcript of a meeting after its cloud recording has finished, identify concrete action items and follow-ups from that transcript, and deliver them to you — for example, on your Bubbl task list or in a Slack message.

Bubbl receives a notification from Zoom when a recording completes, fetches that meeting's transcript, extracts the action items, and then discards the transcript. We do not store your Zoom recordings, audio, video, or the full meeting transcript. The only Zoom-related information we retain is: (1) your Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted, so the connection can continue to work; (2) a mapping between your Zoom user identifier and your Bubbl account, used to route recording notifications to you; and (3) the short action items derived from a meeting, stored as tasks in your account.

We do not use your Zoom data to serve advertisements, and we do not use it to train machine learning models. We do not share your Zoom data with third parties except where necessary to operate the service, such as passing transcript text to our AI inference provider to extract action items on your behalf. We access only what is needed to deliver the features you have enabled.

You may disconnect your Zoom account at any time — through Bubbl's connection settings, or by removing the Bubbl app from the Zoom App Marketplace (Manage → Installed Apps → Bubbl → Uninstall). When you disconnect, Bubbl revokes and deletes your stored Zoom tokens and the associated Zoom user mapping. Uninstalling the app from Zoom also revokes Bubbl's access.

Bubbl's use of information received from Zoom APIs adheres to Zoom's API License and Terms of Use.

– Your personal identifiable information
