When you use our services to send and receive messages in either direct messages or group conversations, we collect information which may include:

  • personalization data, including your schedules, food preferences, and relationships
  • intent data, including the group chats you add Bubbl to, the messages you send and receive within these group chats, the messages you exchange with Bubbl, the time you spend on our service, and your log information.

2. USAGE OF INFORMATION

Bubbl uses the information we collect, which is detailed in Section 1, to develop products and services for future iterations and improve upon current features. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing, improving, maintaining, and delivering our products and service
  • Communicating with you through means which you provide us
  • Monitoring and analyzing usage
  • Enhancing the safety and security of our service
  • Verifying your identity and preventing fraud or other unauthorized activity
  • Enforcing, investigating, and reporting conduct that violates our Terms of Service

Bubbl stores information you provide, send and receive when using our service unless directed by you through email, in which case Bubbl will remove your information, including but not limited to your account details, the content you exchange with Bubbl, and any other information that is stored by us.

Bubbl provides you with the means to access, modify, and delete your information. This includes but is not limited to your personal identifiable information and your personalization data. To access, modify, and delete your information, message Bubbl directly through our service.
