Bubbl is an AI teammate for task management: it builds your list from your meetings, email, and chats, nudges the right person at the right time, and checks tasks off when the work actually gets done. Nobody maintains the list. The teammate does.

Most "AI task managers" help you organize tasks you typed in: they schedule, prioritize, and replan, but capture and completion stay your job. Enterprise AI teammates (Asana AI Teammates, Atlassian Rovo) do take on real work, but they live inside a suite your whole company has to be on. Bubbl sits in the unclaimed middle: teammate behavior, on the surfaces you already use.
| Bubbl | AI to-do apps | Enterprise AI teammates | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Builds the list itself | Yes, from meetings, email, chats | No, you type tasks in | Partly, inside the suite |
| Checks off finished work | Yes, watches the source thread | No | Rarely |
| Lives where you talk | Text, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord | Its own app | The suite (Jira, Asana) |
| Setup | One text | App install + habit change | Company-wide rollout |
| Best for | Individuals and small teams | People who like planning | Enterprises already on the suite |
If your company already lives in Asana or Jira, their teammates are the right call. If your work lives in email, meetings, and group chats, that's what Bubbl was built for. More on the framing: what is an AI teammate?
Everything the teammate does is on the record. Every task carries a "what changed" feed: added from your meeting, nudged Sam, marked done because the reply went out. If Bubbl places a task in the wrong zone, drag it once and your placement wins permanently. If it checks something off early, un-check it and that's final. The human's correction always outranks the machine's guess. That rule is enforced in the product's architecture, not just promised in its marketing.
Bubbl is also the first task list where your own AI agent can be pinned into a task's thread. @mention your agent on a task and it picks the work up on your machine, using your own tools and credentials, then reports back in the same thread your team reads. It asks questions there when it's stuck, and everything it does lands on the task's record.
Connecting one is a single command in your terminal (Claude Code works today), approval happens on your Sources page, and disconnecting there cuts its access instantly and hands its open work back to you. The thread you mention it in is its scope: nothing more.
It reads only what you connect. Each account is connected explicitly by you, and disconnecting is one text. Message, email, and calendar content is not stored.
It never sends messages for you. Bubbl finds, drafts, remembers, and follows up. Hitting send is always yours.
Free means the full product. The free tier has every feature with usage-based limits, and completing, editing, chatting, and reading are never metered. Bubbl Max is $12 per seat per month.
Yes, when it can see where the task came from. Bubbl links each task to its source, like the email thread or meeting it was born in, and watches that source. When the reply goes out or the promised work shows up, the task gets marked done with the reason recorded. You can always undo it, and your correction wins permanently.
Both. Solo, it keeps your own list current. On a team, tasks can be shared or handed off, members get notified in their own channels, and everyone sees the same Now, Next, and Later.
No. Bubbl reaches you over text (iMessage or SMS), and works with teams in Slack, WhatsApp, or Discord. The web dashboard at app.bubblai.com is there when you want the full board.
Accounts you explicitly connect: email and calendar, team chat, meeting notes from AI notetakers, and other work apps. Text Bubbl the app you want to add and it sends the link.
Yes. @mention your agent (Claude Code works today) in a task's thread and it works that task on your machine, reporting back in the thread. Setup is one command in your terminal; approval and disconnect live on your Sources page.
