## What Bubbl does

- Securely connects to accounts you explicitly choose: email and calendar (Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook), team chat (Slack), meeting notes from AI notetakers (Otter, Fireflies, Gemini), and other work apps. Text Bubbl the app you want to add and it sends the link.
- Uses AI to read across everything and surface only what genuinely needs you, filtering out noise.
- Adds tasks by itself when you make a promise ("I'll send the deck to Christian"), with the source thread attached.
- Checks tasks off by itself when it sees the work got done, with the reason recorded. Your correction always wins.
- Delivers a short daily digest by text, so you never open another inbox.
- Can help you find, draft, remember, and follow up, but it does not send messages on your behalf.
- Lets you pin YOUR OWN AI agent into a task's thread: @mention it (Claude Code works today) and it works that task on your machine, reporting back in the same thread. Setup is one command; approval and disconnect live on the Sources page.
- A shared web dashboard (app.bubblai.com) shows the team's tasks as Now, Next, and Later, with a "what changed" feed per task.
